10 Ladders anyhow (maximum of 3 'free of load' ladders)

Post each ladder complete:
15 x burpies +
10 x snatches (each arm) +
10 x single arm rack squats (each side)

as predicted this took a long time, not to mention max turning up late again! haha

once six o'clock rolled around (and we were nearly half way...) we decided to scale it back to 8 ladders, the last 3 free with no shenannigans at the top.

ouch. weary after that.
