i hope our next date is more successful.
I cant believe how bad a discipline pull ups are for me - nearly 9 minutes for Fran when the best are close to 2min. Weighing in at 106kg doesn't help but I should not use this as an excuse not to improve on this time significantly over the next 6 months.
5 minutes by year end........
