Equipment: KB each for complex

Warmup
KB Complex

CFT for Volume
Max reps of each lift, 1 person at a time, 5 sets before moving to next lift

Squat @ 100% BW
Press @ 50% BW
Deadlift @ 100% BW

Adjust as necessary to get out plenty of volume.

Hey boys

This one looks good and an interesting take on the CFT.

I'm on nights starting Fri and will be getting to bed late Sat morning coz I've got the young fella's first rugby game. Will see how I go and if I'm up by then, I'll see you there. Would be keen to do this one.

Jason, I think you'll find the 'Sweat Zone' is the small patch of padded flooring located between the 'Relaxation Station', 'Juice Bar', 'Comfort Corner' and 'Chill-out Room'; next to the pink dumbell rack.

Please remember this is a quiet area and the air-conditioning is regulated to keep you comfortable at resting heart-rate +/-5% so try not to disturb your fellow Health Facility patrons.

Snide remarks are not welcome here.

good session, took a while to get through and there were some massive efforts.

zerch deadlifting 140kg to just above his knees before he had to put it down, i still can't believe what i saw, monster effort - the bar was moving with some serious pace as well; truly humbling.

damo smashed 180, joe is a freak of nature and stef scared the gym bunnies with some fancy screaming and bar dropping. haha good afternoon, bring on the CFT!
