Warm up: KB complex with 20m sprint between each exercise change
Exercise Circuit
A: 2 x parliament park ladder runs with bag
(this sets the time for the switch to the next exercise)
then
B: rope pull with 2 x 20kg KBs uphill
then
C: backward sled drag @ body weight
then
B: rope pull with 2 x 20kg KBs uphill
then
C: backward sled drag @ body weight
Max rounds in 30 minutes
