Suffering after today march - a combination of physical pain (feet, leg cramps, shoulders), and exhaustion.
Its good to experience sessions like today, to challenge ourselves in different ways. This is not an easy style of training, the nature of our boot camp session is to make it different, to stress different elements of out body/mind system through intense training. But what we have gone through today and with The Legion last week is only a small part of military training - which I have a deep respect for.
