Damon Strength Training - 17th October 2007 - "300"

"300" (Note Time)
(25x Pull-ups + 50x Deadlift @ 80%bw + 50x Push-up + 50x Box Jump + 50x Floor Wiper @ 80% bw + 50x KB Clean & Press @ 20kg KB + 25x Pull-ups)

Rest 5 minutes then

One Arm Kettlebell OH Squat Breathing Ladder (max reps - swap hand at each rep change - Note max reps)

31 minutes for the "300", not great and leave room for improvement. Got done on the last series of pull-ups where it took me at least 5 minutes to get out 25 reps.

OH squat breathing ladder up to 11 before my legs and lungs started gving way.

I will revisit this one in one month time
