(Lifts are at 3/4 bodyweight.)

5 rounds of:
5 Pull ups +
10 Push Ups +

maybe i should elaborate a little.
this was possibly the hardest session we've ever done, the pain was intense and lasting, burning from the inside out.
the deadlifts were something 'easy' to look forward to; HSC were absolutely brutal, spirit breaking; push-presses were not easy and then the front squats came at a point where form suffered terribly and the spirit was weakened. the run hurt but was used to lower the heart rate and gather breath before the storm continued.
pull/push/squat/run combo was a welcome cool down.
pain will be lasting, the spirit will return stronger next time.
