We could give it a go on Sunday bootcamp - the issue being getting enough equipment for all of us to do the dead lifts. I guess Rod and Paul could use the 2 x 32kg kb for the deadlifts, and you and I work on a 100kg DL with the bar.
With a different starting point this could work. Although this will take me at least 2hrs and preference will be to start early on Sunday - with Breakfast at the Banskia after.
This was a fun workout for a Monday. I highly recommend it. We've dubbed this workout tooth and nail. Took about 1hr 45 to 50 mins. We followed this day up with an hour session of kickboxing the next day and then into the 500m farmer lunge+push press workout for Wednesday and then the Thursday followed the 5 minutes per exercise workout maximus did that day for the 10 listed exercises. It was quite the week last week of training with those workouts.
