Place: DNA Tower
Equipment: Medicine Ball (5 kg); Rings; Kettlebells (2 ea 12kg, 16kg, 20kg)
Warm Up: 300/400 metre sprint to trees followed by DNA dash (twice)
Session - same format as Sunday (Fight Gone Really Bad) - max reps in 1 minute each of:
- Medicine ball walkovers
- Twisting lunges with kettlebell
- Superman rings
- Kettlebell swings
- Bicycle kicks
1 minute rest
- repeated for a total of 5 rounds

'Rod Gone Bad': good session, different from Sunday... makes a difference being lighter for longer and a sprinkling of rain.
@ 16kg I totalled 530 reps; superman's were short ROM for higher reps, everyone had a different take on the bicycle kicks as well.
rod totalled 429 reps i think using the 12kg kb but not 100% on that... damon lost track of his rep count (the piece of paper got very wet) but extrapolating the results for the 2 rounds he wrote down looks like he would be on track for 450+
