Saturday 5th January SB Bootcamp

Place: Kensington Oval or Cottesloe Beach (location to be decided depending on weather)

Time: 7:30AM

Equipment:
KB (2 x 16, 2 x 20, 2 x 24), Barbell (with total 70kg weight plates ), 1 x Parallettes, 1 x Rings

Warm Up KB complex

10x Hang Power Clean @ 80% BW +
15x Parallette Push-up +
10x KB OH Squat +
10x Ring Pull-up
Run 300m
Walk 300m (this is your rest)
5 Rounds

Sprint 100m 5 Rounds, 1 Sprint done every minute for 5 minutes
