it was just the two of us yesterday, cool weather with some traffic on the ladder.
predictably the jacobs/mount st runs were brutal with the jumping at the top - 3rd round hurt. 25-30mins for the 3 rounds.
the tabata's are always deceptive, you start strong but somewhere about round 3 you really start to hurt, the pain accumulates with insufficient rest. we got through all the rounds and it was over an hour into the session so decided to call it a night before the lunges. there was enough leg work done regardless.
