hoo boy, another tough, long session.
we all knocked time off heat the pan, stef smashed it in 6:42, I was 6:53 and I can't remember damo, rod or joel but i think in the 8 minute region?
we added another station to sear the meat and it was a little different from listed anyway:
20m rope pull with sled + 30kg (for me) + small child
20 10m whip smash
10+ goblet squats with kb (damo OHS with small child)
10 paralette pushups
4 turkish getups (2 each side, damo using small child)
we also chopped it down to 8 rounds to account for extra volume, plus it took longer.
the cook through added a run around the oval.
tired and my hands are sore, very raw i think from the rope pulls. good session though, nice cool morning with a little bit of rain and plenty of good effort.
ps. great photos! gotta keep em coming!!
