Equipment: Sandbags, Chains, Parallettes, Kettlebells
Workout:
Jacobs ladder. 12 times down, 12 times up, non stop, alternating between no weight, chains and sand bags
Aim to do at least 1 heavy bag
Parallettes and kettlebells will be there at the top for extra work (as if you need it......but deep down you know you want to)

well I'm sore after this one again.
I took the heavy bag (now somewhere just shy of 30kg?) on the first run of the second round and didn't struggle as much as I thought but the stairs feel much longer...
Stef's time was about 55m including 2 heavy bag runs, mine was just shy of 60m, Damon ~70m and Rod ~73m I think.
Ladder was busy and there were plenty of inquiries to go along with the strange looks.
