another quality session, i really enjoyed the half ladders and will be working them into the programs more in future. it allows you to get back up the top much faster (higher hr) without totally gassing out to get straight into the kb work.
quick turnaround for a more intense session.
i was snatching with 20kg, cleans and jerks were with 16's. a little partitioning was necessary towards the end of the sequences.
24kg windmills to finish off, my form is improving by taking these a bit slower and ensuring i finish upright - flexibility still an issue.
the wind was fricken freezing last night.
